Competition Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is Consort 1 Limited (company no. 124067) whose registered office is at Consort 1 Limited, 35-37 New Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE3 1HY.

• The competition is open to delegates of the ACT Annual Conference 2025 held at ICC, Newport, Wales aged 18 years or over except employees, representatives, agents or distributors of Consort 1 Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our website (www.consort1.com), and available at the Consort1 stand D40 at the ICC, Newport , Wales during the ACT Annual Conference 20th and 21st May 2025.

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

• The competition opens at 08:00 Tuesday 20th May 2025.

• Closing date for entry will be Monday 2nd June 2025 at midnight.

• After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

o Register on our website (www.consort1.com/register)

o During the registration process, you must include your full name, work email address, and company name.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. You are providing your information to Consort 1 Limited. The information you provide will be used for this competition and will be stored in Hubspot (our CRM system).

• The prize is as follows:

o Apple iPad Mini

• The prize is as stated, and no other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• The winner will be chosen at random and announced on our website and on our LinkedIn profile on Tuesday 3rd June 2025.  

• The prize must be claimed by Friday 27th June 2025 17:00. Failure to claim the price will result in the prize being forfeited.

• Once the prize is claimed, the winner’s name will be available on request and published in the Consort 1 Limited newsletters and on social media accounts. The judges decision is final.

• The prize winner agrees to send to Consort 1 Limited a photo showing the prize winners face with the prize, and agrees Consort 1 Limited may publish this photo on the Consort 1 Limited website and on its social media platforms and channels.

• The prize winner may collect the prize or request the prize be posted. Consort 1 Limited will contribute up to £20.00 toward the cost of shipping the prize to the prize winner.

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current local data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• By submitting your photo you understand and agree that Consort 1 Limited has no obligation to publish your photo. You must be the author/copywrite holder of all images submitted.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the ACT or any Social Network. You are providing your information to Consort 1 Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.consort1.com/privacy.

• Consort 1 Limited will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all complete and valid registrations.

• Consort 1 Limited‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

• Consort 1 Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

• Consort 1 Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• By accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to these terms.
